My access code hasn't arrived

Your access code and play link are emailed to you right after checkout. If nothing has landed yet, one of these checks usually turns it up.

  1. Check spam and promotions

    Automated emails sometimes get filtered. Look in your spam or junk folder, and if you use Gmail, check the Promotions and Updates tabs.

  2. Search your mail for "ClueHall"

    Search all mail, not just your inbox. A filter may have moved the message somewhere you don't normally look.

  3. Give it 15 minutes

    Delivery is usually quick, but email can lag behind your payment. If you just checked out, wait 15 minutes and search again.

  4. Confirm the email address you used

    Your Stripe receipt shows the address the code was sent to. A typo at checkout means the code went somewhere else.
