My access code isn't working
Access codes look like WARP-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. When one gets rejected, it's usually a small typing mix-up. Here's how to rule each one out.
Watch for look-alike characters
Codes never contain the number 0, the letter O, the number 1, or the letter I. If you typed one of those, re-read the email: it's a different character.
Copy and paste the whole code
Select the full code in your email, dashes included, and paste it in one go. That sidesteps typos entirely.
Check for stray spaces
Pasting sometimes drags in a space before or after the code. Delete anything on either side.
Make sure you're at the play link
Your code only works at the play link from your email, not on cluehall.com itself. Open the game through that link, then enter the code.
